Sigh

Someone asked me for my Ontario Provincial Health Care number today.
Sob Sob Sob.

Sorry to confuse you, I should have clarified that. They where just updating files for me and asked me if I still had my Ontario Health card. That's all, nothing major. It just brought back memories having the old card around.

That is funny! I think the Ontario Health Care people are a little confused sometimes. I got a letter about a year ago that had been sent to the training college in Toronto (where we lived 15 years ago). It was then forwarded through the army somehow and got to my parents. Anyway, it was from the Ontario Health Care people, and it was telling me that I am now to old to be covered under my parents Ontario Health Care and I now need to get my own! How crazy is that? Both my parents and I have lived in Alberta for 14 years now! I don't think I need Ontario Health Care!

I know how you feel. That happened to me when the Nova Scotia folks called to verify my information...while I was living in Kelowna, BC! Like, didn't the (604) area code kind of give it away. It's okay...just breathe...
