They don't make 'those' donuts at Tim's

Most of you who know me, know that I am a little obsessive when it comes to certain things....well actually a lot of things. If you have been following my blog, you will know that I am on a kick lately to lose me some weight. We all know how hard it is to do, it is not easier for one person than another, it is equally difficult for us all I would say. Some people have a little more gumption than others though.
Here is where my story comes in.
I ride my bike every day except Saturdays and Sundays. I also do Pilates when I feel like it (which is not very often because I loathe it so). I guess because the seat of my exercise bike is enormous it causes some major friction when I am riding....you know friction down there...not in a good way otherwise I would ride that damn bike alllll day. Okay seriously now I can barely go to the bathroom or sit straight from all this riding and is it worth it? To lose a few pounds? To me it is. Who needs to sit properly anyways?
So I am off to find a donut to sit on...or a bag of peas.

I tried "spinning" classes once. I had the same problem. I did one class and couldn't sit for a week.

I decided after that I would find an exercise I enjoy and then lose some weight! :) I really like Kickboxing aerobics and running. You just have to find what works for you.

You should hop on over to Blogger Biggest Loser and join the rest of us. You can email Tee from her blog (Spilt Milk) to join!

Good Luck!

Go to a store that specialises in bikes and stuff, they can inform you all about it. You probably just need towear a different kind of pants or to change the seat or something.

I do step... it's super fun and I feel way more tired after that than after biking... (But I HATE biking, so if there's any excuse not to do it, I'll take it!) I take this class at the university and it's "Step and Chisled" so you do step for half and then do crazy weight/floor/squat thingys for the second half. It's VERY hard, but good...

I say quit the bike and have a bowl of ice cream to ease the pain!

Oh my goodness you poor thing that is awful!!! I guess that's why I use an elliptical maching vs. an exercise bike. Good job for exercising anyhow!
